(bottle) Clear, amber colour with a loose medium-sized tanned frothy head. Cara-mallty and slightly nutty aroma with only shades of Whisky-malt. Slightly sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim cara-malt character with a very shy peaty touch; slim and rather tasteless finish without any noticeable hints of peat-malt. Disappointing. 17.X.12

Poured a clear gold color. Aroma was bready and yeasty, with some light earth/grass. Flavor was similar, with a more minerally presence and little hops.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Sweet and mildly toasted malty aroma with notes of caramel/Blockmalz and a subtle berry-fruity note. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Laff herb-blecherner Start mit geringer Malzigkeit. Nun, das meiste zu diesem Bier habe ich damit bereits gesagt denn eine wirkliche Entwicklung gibt es nicht. Zum Ende etwas herber, pappig, monoton. 7/5/7/5/6/5

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild-malty, not too roasty, fine dry notes. Hints of caramel. Woody background. Finish well balanced, still fine dry notes. Good one!
