Cask-conditioned at the Dorset & Wiltshire beeriodical, the Seven Stars, Bristol 9/1/2013. Amber with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of cereal malts with a touch of hedgerow fruit. Easy drinking, with more solid malts, a hint of sweetness and decent bitter finish. Fine.

Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, plastic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, plastic, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer. Residual white head. Light dry palate. A little fruity malt. Trace of rubber!!. Mild bitter hops. Minerally dry finish. Weird!

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Clear amber/brown. Surprising smoke aromas. Light-mediim bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly with mild peaty smoke and some grassy bitterness.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, leather, some fruity notes as well as mild wood and herbs. Flavour is sweet maltyness, some wood, herbs, mild floral notes with some slight nuttyness as well.
