Pig’s Ear. Clear amber beer, tiny white head. Smooth palate, low carbonation. Very light dryness. Clean fresh light malt. Nice fresh mild hops - tangerine, orange and a little mango. Semi dry finish. Decent bitter.

Pig’s Ear. Clear gold beer. Good bubbly white head. Light dry palate. Nice floral notes. Fresh malt. Good but mild citrus hops. Very well joined up fresh drinkable beer.

[ As Weighbridge Best Bitter ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, sweet malt - hop. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to short duration, fruity - malt sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111209]

Cask-conditioned at the Weighbridge Brewhouse, Swindon 27/10/2011. Deep gold in colour with a slight white head. Tropical fruit aroma with a hint of pine resin. Flavour began with a touch of creamy malts before more tropical, prickly fruit and a lingering dry finish. Enjoyable.

Cask-conditioned at the Weighbridge Brewhouse, Swindon 27/10/2011. Amber inc olour with a decent, white head. Cereal malts with a touch of sweetness, hedgerow hops, some blackurrant fruit and a decent bitter finish. Good.
