Description
The Brasserie des Râteliers produces noble craft beers of top fermentation, applying the techniques of Flemish master brewers. These beers are brewed, aged and packaged from Gâtinais malts by the team of workers from ESAT.

33cl bottle (5,5%) from Super U et Drive in Vierzon, France. F: big, egg-white, average retention. C: pale gold, hazy. A: malty, citrus, floral, spicy, bit bready. T: medium malty base, citrus, bready, decent bitterness, dry on the palate, spicy touch, bit higher carbonation, nothing wrong with this.

33cl bottle from Super U et Drive in Vierzon, France. F: big, tan, good retention. C: brown, hazy with yeasty debris. A: malty, berries, peach, banana, floral. T: medium to full malty base, fruity, berries, bit banana, spicy, toast, apples, dry on the palate, hard to say something about the style here but not bad beer, bit like dubbel in Belgium, enjoyed.

Bottled. Amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is berries, some fruity, malty and mild toffee tones. Flavour is sweet fruity and floral tones with some sugary and mild dried fruity elements. A bit toffee tones to it.

33cl bottle from bi1 supermarket in Avallon in France, as my beer #6800 and brewery #1444. Head is medium, white, average retention. Colour is gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, herbal, violet, may be saffron, spicy. Taste is medium malty base, herbal, bit orange, saffron, herbal bitterness, dry on the palate, nice herbal beer, enjoyed.
