19.08.2018 -- 0.33l bottle from coop in bern, as "la:blanche la biennoise", 2.95 fr. pours a murky pale orange with a big frothy head. aroma of banana, bread, honey. flavour of banana, lemon, and grass. fizzy carbonation. very banany, not too sweet, more like a (citrusy) german hefeweizen, ok.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto da frumento e speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è di persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è eccessiva. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Anche qui le bollicine sono di grandezza medio-fine, spinte da una la velocità di ascesa allegra e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale , e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frumento, agrumi e banana.
