Description
The Yeastie Boys - Stu McKinlay and Sam Possenniskie are the dynamic duo of New Zealand's craft beer scene. They burst onto the beer landscape with two trophies for their flagship porter Pot Kettle Black at BrewNZ 2009 and have remained firmly ensconced there ever since.
Yeastie Boys is a deliciously irreverent brewing company and, quite possibly, the world's smallest multinational. We take beer and people very seriously... everything else is unmitigated fun!
We brew in opposite ends of the earth - New Zealand, Australia & United Kingdom - to keep the world in good beer balance.

Bière bue chez Jamie's Ludgate à Londres. Robe blonde, nez aromatique, notes de fruits exotiques, tout ce que j'aime. Pas mal du tout.

I'm sure this isn't the first time but wow, what an interesting IPA. So soft, floral, slightly herbal. Faint strawberry. Paul Kelly for the win.

330ml can: BBD April 2022. Drank at home on 9th April 2022, so pretty old can. Misty orange body, decent white crown on top. Tropical fruits and white wine aroma. Taste also fruity and winey. Semi-sweet, semi-boozy, semi-citrussy.

330ml can: BB March 2022. Drank at home on 3rd April 2022, so a month out of date. Clear golden body until the sediment came out at the end; it ended up a cloudy orange with an off-white head. Citrussy with a grapefruit front and an orange like undertone. Decent!

Tap at PoW, Farnborough. Aroma has citrus, a touch of sherbert, yeast. Pale gold. Bubbly. Thin translucent white head. Medium bitter. Citrus edge. Underlying saccharine sweetness is restrained. Light. Watery. Flat if prickly carbonation. Long dry finish. Just not my thing and pretty uninspiring.
