Pours a gold from a can, nearly no head. Aroma is melon, flavor is straight up fresh cucumber, leaning into a bit more of a strong sweet melon as it progresses. But a split second later there’s a one-two punch of salt and sour. Sour is a little too pronounced and lacto-y, and I doubt that I’ve had s beer as salty as this. But it all works, and it’s good. Couldn’t drink a six pack, but on a 90 degree (F) day in Philly it’s hitting the spot.

Very tart and citric Berliner, with a bright acidic lemon bite and a sour raspberry backbone. Puckering berry lingers long into the fade, with a slight--and I mean slight--grainy sweetness popping up on the back end. Pretty basic.

12 oz can, pink and clear. All about tart. Sour fruit aroma and very tart cranberry taste. Lingering fruity finish.
