Bottle, 75cl. A clear, oily, dark golden mead without carbonation. Very pleasant honey aroma with a little flowery touch. Quite sweet on the palate, with a nice honey flavor and some flowers in the back. Full-bodied, lighlty warming and oily on the palate. Lasting honey flavor in the end. Certainly a mead I could have again, several times. 120624

Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, spicy honey, tart fruit note, honey. Aroma is moderate honey, sweet honey, more or less just plain honey, herbal notes Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and acidic notes with a average duration, honey, spicy notes, alcohol notes. More simple then the Herb. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120322]
