Smell is fruity, funky and tiny spicy with crackers, white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, dry soil, barnyard, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity, funky and tiny spicy. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, dry soil, barnyard, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Really solid farmhouse IPA. Great fruity hop profile, solid funk and with some spicy phenols that comes of as being balanced and never turn rubbery.

Handbottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a lively, white head. Very intense aroma, citrusy hops, yeast and funk - superbly complex. Body is light, the beer feels very soft on the palate, some tartness, Brett, phenols and yeast with a dry finish. Very delicate and welcoming. 171215

Tap@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen (01/10/2015) - pours fuzzy golden orange with a good white head.Aroma and taste is citric and tropical fruity, notes of satsuma, peach, lemon, grassy and light floral hoppy, yeast, hoppy bitter into the finish. Good stuff.
