On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear dull yellow with no head. Aroma brings out light champagne yeast, fairly dry apple acidity and a touch of a farmhouse character. Flavour is very complex, with lots of barnyard funk, champagne yeast and minor acidity. Bone dry and hugely funky on the finish. One of the finest Merridale products. Excellent.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out mostly cherries upfront, with a touch of apple acidity. Flavour is quite sweet, with tons of sweet cherries and a touch of apple acidity. Lacking complexity but it's highly drinkable. Pleasant.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy blonde with no head. Aroma brings out light stone fruits and a hint of the liqueur. Flavour is heavily sweet, bringing out lots of stone fruity liqueur, with subtle apple acidity underneath. Finishes very heavily sweet but not actually that cloying. Syrupy palate. Fun blend.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a hazy bronze with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of mint upfront, along with a touch of liqueur. Flavour is bizarre, with lots of port and mint in a unique and interesting complement. Light apple acidity in there but it's drowned out. Finishes very minty and heavy sweet. Fun experiment but it's not overly enjoyable.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours an opaque cloudy dark pinkish red, no head. Aroma brings out tons of blueberries, nothing else to speak of. Flavour brings out lots of blueberry juiciness upfront, with a touch of dry hop character. Finishes lightly sweet and with a nice hop character. The best of all the four fruit blends I've just rated.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma brings out of tropical dry hopping, with quite a bit of pineapple and orange. Flavour is like juice, with tons of pineapple and orange juice, accentuated by minor dry hopping. I don't get any cider here. An alco-juice with light hops.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours an opaque cloudy bright yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out tons of mango, with a touch of tropical dry hopping. Flavour is like pure mango juice, with a tiny hint of hops and oranges. Tropical fruit juice bomb. Hardly cider-like but it's a fun one.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours an opaque cloudy dull yellow with no head. Aroma brings out plenty of raspberries despite there being no colour that hints at it. Flavour brings out sweet fresh raspberries, with a touch of tartness and pithiness. Light dry hopping in there. No cider-like elements. Fun juice-bomb.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy pale green color. The lemony tartness mingled with the subtle sweetness for a pleasant result.
Refreshing.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy greyish blonde with almost no head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apples, with a touch of lime overtop. Flavour is on the sweeter side, with lots of sweet red apples upfront, intensified in sweetness from the agave, and then revealing just a hint of the lime. Too sweet and rather commercial tasting, but it's a pleasant, fun sweet cider.
