Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear berry red. The aroma has a lot of tart berries - redcurranct and blackcurrant. Medium body, there’s a little underlying honey but the tart berries prevail. Not bad though. 090710

Clear golden with no head. Sweet and vinious aroma with cinnamon and honey. Flavour had honey, flowers and fruity notes. Finished sweet.

Clear red. Aroma had cherries and honey. Flavour had cherries, almonds, marzipan, honey and floral notes. Finished sweet.

Bottled@fonefan. Pale yellow colour, small head. Aroma is spices, white wine, some honey as well. Flavour is cinnamon, spices, honey, some slight alcohol as well as some mild nutmeg as well.

Bottled@fonefan. Ruby red colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some alcohol and some very mild cherries. Flavour is cherries, honey, mild wooden notes as well. Quite balanced and not all too sweet.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass.Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, spicy, light perfume, glogg notes, anis. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long to average duration, spicy, glogg wien - anis. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20100417]

Bottle 750ml. clear glass.Clear medium to dark red color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, ribena, light cherry - almond. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, honey, cherry notes, light alcohol. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100417]

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, April 2010. Pours blood red with no head. Nose is Ribena - unblended. Sweet honey and berries. Cloying and sweet. Artificial.

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, April 2010. Pours clear and pale piss yellow with no head. Nose is heavy acetone and honey. Good amount of alcohol. Sweet and cloying.

Bottle, 9%. Sweet aroma, a bit like Ribena. Clear dark red colour. The flavour is sweet and fruity. Tastes more of Ribena than mead.
