Blond color. Soapy and spicy aroma, somehow fake; cloves and anise, alcohol. Quite sweet, but not sweet; if ever, the honey flavor would be covered by some spices. Drinkable but fake.

Bottled. A dark golden mead. The aroma has notes of hnone, and a bit of mold. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey and pollen. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle 750ml. [ Served more than papsoe warm - aprox 60 C >;o(*) ]. Clear medium to dark red color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate honey, cherry, raisin, almonds, more or less like glugg. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light berry acidic with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20101024]

Bottled. Thanks to fiulijn and Papsoes fridge that cooled it down to 270 degrees Kelvin. A deep red mead. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

75 cL bottle, warm. Pours clear and golden red with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and spiced. Cloves and cinnamon. Sweet, fruity and mild spiced. Cloves and cinnamon. Raisin sweet. Honey herbal and mild fruity. Nice and lingering into the finish.
