Consumed on tap during the Xmas festival at the brewpub nearby Rome. This is the 2014 batch, with the infusion of a special kind on tangerines that the owner grows nearby the brewery. 0,33 bottle purchased at the brew pub and consumed home. The label says there is vanilla berries infusion, so I assume it is a new version compared to the previous ones. Pours golden hazy with a medium-low white foamy head. Nose: vanilla, chestnut background and Belgian yeast. Mouth: too carbonated (much too much), disturbing gassy...hard to spot anything. A bit disappointing.

Hazy gold beer, small white head. Light dry palate, slightly soft. Strong pale malt. Mild minerals. Mild aniseed. Whisper of banana and cloves. Finishes very dry. Dry and dull.

Hazy gold beer, decent white head. Light palate, dry and slightly crisp. Minerals. Trace of citrus under a fair bit of bitterness. Finishes dry and crisp. Curious beer - all minerals and bitterness. Does show some bitter lemon as it warms up.

Very hazy brown beer, good off white head. Light palate, mild carbonation. Semi dry. Sweet malt with sweet candy fruits. Dry estery bubblegum. Semi dry finish. A pretty sweet beer - it’s good but needs some balance.

Opaque black beer, thick tan head. Mild dark malt nose. Semi dry palate. Minerally dark malt, no bitterness or roast. Dry bubblegum ester, banana as well. Semi dry finish. Okay, bit too much ester.
