750ml @ Ryan's shared with Farees and Phill.
Aroma: funky, noticeable manure, bold, juicy, grapes.
Taste: along the same lines, very low carbonation, a lot of manure and grapes must.
Overall: interesting one.

Poured from 750mL bottle (no 96; 22/23 season; bottled 18/08/2023); Hazed brownish red with minimal white head. Very mild vinous character, with soft tartness, manure, subdued, but blends nicely, decent. Slightly prefer the Pruim MBCC 2025. Enjoy it more with some dregs (had the first pour) +0.1.

75cl bottle from the producer. Slightly unclear gold appearance with a short-lived foamy head. Aroma of acetic table lambic. Rhubarb is barely discernible to taste, lambic is prominent, with teasing glimpses of duponts Cidre, which would've complimented things well. Heavily weighted towards the lambic unfortunately, and a fairly mild one at that. Mild carbonation.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Dark brown/purple-ish red with small pink-ish white head. Nice soft balance, round cherry, age compliments it well (good time to open). Enjoyable.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazed dull gold with white head. Musty gentle funk with light carbonation, age shows here, really softens things.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a large white head. Aroma has some faded apricots, gentle funk, and dusty hay. Flavour is fairly juicy, with lots of juicy apricots, light funk, hay, and a touch of barnyard notes. Fairly dry, get juicy, with dusty apricots. Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a tiny white head. Nose is full of slightly peated whiskey, barnyard funk, a touch of phenols, and hay. Flavour has a great whisky barrel character, light peated notes, pleasant phenols, gentle acidity, and light tartness. A bit too phenolic but has a nice whisky character. Very good.

Bottled at Akkurat, thanks JJ! Clear bright purple, small head. Intense funky barnyard and red wine up front. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded. Funky barnyard, citric tartness and red wine. Mid bitter finish.

Amber, with just a slight haze. Aroma is hay, barrel, musty stables, on the palate it's mild acidity, quite juicy, and then it's a bit lemony, still decently musty, a bit of pedio. This one's coming together well, though, a fairly reasonable, balanced example of unblended lambic.

750mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of mildew, earthy funk, leather, some BO, and leather. Flavour is full of musty oak, mildew, sweat socks, earthy funk, old leather, and old furniture. Totally flat as expected and obviously less developed than a gueuze, but there’s great oakiness and leather character. Very good and cool to try.
