Stovepipe can from Haggen's, Everett, WA
Cloudy blond colour with large frothy head. The aroma is sweet and fruity, perfume, not orange, not pineapple, closer to orange flowers, and other kinds of flowers, and artificial coconut aroma. Good body, moderately sweet; the malt base is nice, it's soft, not chalky; the fruit seems to ruin it though, because, if the pineapple adds a nice, juicy, mellow, tropical note, there is a strong pith character that may derive from the orange.
Too much pith.

Can 35,5 cl. Pours a clean, nutty brown with a dense, creamy, beige head. Very little aroma - actually a hint of Brett!! Medium body, soft mouthfeel, a dry, slightly maltiness and sorry to say, but there's really some Brett lurking there. Some bitterness in the finish. Not unpleasnt, but obviously infected. 230123

Bärnstensfärgad vätska med ett fingertjock skumlock. Karamellig och kakig i aromen. Karamellig och lite godisaktig inledande smak som snabbt bemästras av en markerad beska.

ABV: 5.9%. Clear medium to light red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, caramel, nutty, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, straw - hay - grass, caramel,, nutty, hops bitter, sweet malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221230]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some herbal, mild wooden and some toffee tones. Flavour is floral, some herbal, wooden and mild toffee tones with toasted wood and mild tartish tones.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear brownish amber, firm mid sized head. Nutty and caramelly with some hay up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, leafs and hay. Mid bitter finish.
