[At GABF 2004] A black beer with a disappearing brown head. The aroma is light, but contains notes of chocolate and coffee. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of chocolate, leading to a dry roasted end.

Golden amber colour with caramel foam. Slightly peachy aroma with honeyish overtones. A little thin and metallic for my tastes. OK as a maibock, but the style offers me little and without megamelanoidins I’m losing interest quickly.

Very dark chestnut colour. Slightly toffeeish, slightly minty aroma. Chewy malt flavours. Some flowery accents amidst all the toffee lend character. Earthy maltiness in the finish.
