Bottle 750ml.Unclear dark brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, nutty - chestnut, moderate roasted. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, cacao, malt sweet, sweet dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111108]

Hazy yellow/golden coloured, medium sized creamy white head, pleasant light fruity/spicy nose. Moderate malty, quite fruity and light herbal with touch of spices near the end. Slightly watery but pretty good beer.

15/08 0.75 l bottle from a Coop in Gradisca d’Isonzo! It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Chalky, stone poweder and some fruity citrus malty aroma. Quite dry flavor, herbal mostly, a bit creamy on palate, with shorter sweet orange finish. A bit weak but quite fine one.

Bottle as Birra Artigianale Italiana Bionda (courtesy of heavy, thanks!) Poured a misty golden body with a thick white head that went away at a medium pace. Grapefruity sweet nose, slightly dusty and nice. Grainy taste, nice and soft, slightly bubblegummy and creamy. Nice, only marred by some light carrot.

Draft at Bir&Fud. Dark variegated amber, fluffy beige head. Aroma of caramel. Taste is smoked butterscotch. Odd but interesting.

Good cream coloured head over hazy amber beer. Vinegar, wood, stale cookies, tinned mushrooms aroma’s. Lactic, cheesy flavour, resulting in sharpish MF, thinnish, and generally totally unbalanced. Something’s been tried, here, but it obviously didn’t succeed.
