Taster at the Interquest location. Pours dark brown, with a small, tan head. The aroma is toffee, maple, brown bread, light rye, and coriander. Sweet and malty, with a light, balancing bitterness. Medium to heavy body, grainy, and a bit syrupy. Pretty nice.

Taster at the Interquest location. Pours black, with a garnet hint, with a small, tan head. The aroma is milk chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and light coffee. Sweet and malty, with a mild bitterness. Medium body, chalky, and syrupy. Solid.

Taster at the Interquest location. Pours an unclear, cloudy, yellow color, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is apricot, cloves, hay, spruce, chalk, and pine sap. Dry and musty, with a bracing, hard bitterness. Crisp, dusty, and sharp. Fair.

Pint bought at the brewery, and taken home in a cardboard coffee cup. Seemed legit-ish. Black color, with a dense, brown head. The aroma is dark chocolate, light soy, coffee, pecans, and raw grains. Sweet and syrupy, with a sharp, burnt bitterness. Medium body, with a sticky, hard finish. Simple quality stout.

Pint at the Interquest location. Pours a dark, reddish, brown color, with a medium, beige head. The aroma is cocoa, rye, light peat smoke, and black bread. Big malty sweetness, with a light bitterness. Medium body, with a grainy, slick palate. This is a big and malty beer. Easy and delicious.

Draft at the brewery. Pitch black color with a beige head. Light coffee aroma. Starts with a dark roasted flavor and then the coffee flavor kicks in. The 7.9% ABV is well hidden. A little too much coffee flavor for me.

Draft at the brewery. Clear deep copper color with a beige head. A little toasted caramel flavor. Not much smokey flavor like Scottish ales. Very smooth and clean. The 6.0% ABV is well hidden

Draft at the brewery. Clear dark amber color with a small khaki head. Good lacing. Nice caramel flavor followed by the typical chemical-like finish, but less than your average amber ale. Decent.

Draft at the brewery. Clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Good lacing. Clean and light body. Tastes more like a pale lager. It doesn't have the typical blonde yeast flavor. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewery. Clear gold color with a white head. Very good lacing. Piney, hoppy flavor but not super bitter. Another typical IPA.
