12 ounce bottle. Hazy amber color with a slight pink hue. Large rocky beige head. Aroma has yeasty, sulphury, raspberry fruit notes. Upfront, bittersweet fruity malt has yeasty notes. Complex and flavorful, their is an interesting style mashup of a Belgian Tripel and a Framboise Geuze. Granted, their is a lacking of the wild yeast associated with a Geuze, but the essence is still there. The combination works. There is a warming alcohol prescence that shows up late. This makes for an excellent dessert beer. Kudos to River Horse.

12 oz bottle from Buy Rite. Pours a hazy golden-orange, frothy beige head. Heavy on the lacing. Aroma is fruity. Sweet, fruity hop flavor. Bit of candied sugar. Medium bodied, soft feel, slightly sticky on the mouth. Could use a bit of a balancing bitterness or at least a tone down of the candied sweetness, but it's still pretty solid.

12 oz bottle from Buy Rite JC. IPA tick #800!
Pours a rather murky / cloudy dark orange type color with a thick, foamy, beige colored head. Overly ripe / rotting citrus, some sweet pale malt, and candied orange. Surprising solid mouthfeel, so it has that going for it. Smooth and not particularly sticky. Lightly dry close. Kind of a miss, and not really my thing, but I've had worse. I definitely should have made my 800th IPA tick something better though.

12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, Jersey City. Pours a hazy orange with a thick, foamy off-white head and some sticky, foamy lacing. Aroma of orange, caramel, and bread, bit of a floral note as well. Lighter on the hop bitterness, light sweet, Light body as well. Not a ton here, but what's there works fine. Doesn't hold up to the high level of flavor a lot of others are getting out IPAs these days through. Decent.

Tap at stags head. Hazy yellowish orange. Nose is buddah hand, lemon candy. Taste of lemon candies, melon, buddah hand, bitter citrus peel, some plastic, bind of burnt sugar. Odd palate can’t place. Dry finish lingering lemon.
