12 ounce can. Mahogany reddish brown pour. Rocky tan head. Toasted malt aroma hints at brown sugar and rust. Sweet toasted malt flavor upfront. Notes of vanilla, brown sugar and dark dried fruit. Subtle notes of molasses in finish.

Interesting. If a Vienna lager and a vanilla extract fucked, this would be the result. I like it.

Bottle from Village Beer Merchant. Malty, candied sugar, very sweet, some spices, yeasty, grainy. Slightly alcoholic with a sickly sweet finish.

Crystal clear coloured golden body with a very thick, three to four centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of grass, light metal, a touch of malt, some citrus and a more astringent note that seems almost medicinal. Light-bodied; Sharp grassy and slightly herbal malt profile at first with a light hoppiness that doesn't show real bitterness, but some of the characteristics of the cone. Aftertaste shows a fairly good balance of some lighter malt, that has a touch of the body, some of the lighter grass and herbal hoppy notes with a more pungent perfumey and astringent bitterness at the very tail end. Overall, a nice and grassy beer that shows the hops and light herbal elements up front without much malt or pungency and not too many flavours at the tail end either - this has more of the flavours up front than anywhere else. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Joe Canal's Discount Liqour in Lawrenceville, New Jersey on 21-October-2018 for US$1,69 sampled at home in Washington on 06-January-2019.

Interesting divergent from the last two Mex hot choco. Almost smokey upfront, definitely on the nose. Roasted malt is prominent. vanilla notes mostly. Cinnamon mid. Chilies chocolate back. Interesting one. Chocolate chilies comes out more as it warms up!

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Opaque black color. Bubbly brown head. Sweet roasted malt nose hints at chocolate and coconut. Deliciously sweet roasted malt flavor. Notes of cocoa, coffee and coconut. Their is an underlying earthy, smoky character here as well. Despite the 8.3% ABV, this is a very approachable Imperial Stout. Well done!
