Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, hay, yeast, apple peel, mild vinegar, barnyard, grass, sour apples, apple cores. Slightly dry funky mouthfeel, just a tiny fizzy carbonation sting. Nice enough.

0,75l from bottle at a Beach Restaurant in Getxo. Vintage 2016, BB 27.04.2017. dark yellow lightly cloudy color. smells sour, green apples, light funk, bit grassy. Full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, sour, green apples, citric. finishes medium sour with notes of grass, citrus and some green apples. good one, nice thirst quencher.

750 ml green bottle with artificial cork, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Organic. ABV is 6%. Still cider, no carbonation. Quite a bit of sediment in the bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden. Pleasant and strong aroma of cider apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Flavour of cider apples (including bitter apples) with some acidity and tannines, again hints of oak and sulphites. A cider that stands out from the crowd.
