Cloudy gold with a solid head. Aroma of doughy grain. Flavour is bitter bread, sweet, half way between a hell and a pils.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy orange yellow with a full frothy head. Aroma of butter wheat. Flavour is soft dough wheat, fruity, dry dusty finish.

Priesterhell vom Brauhaus Zwickau, vom Faß im Biergarten des Brauhauses. - Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - Schon in der Nase die Gasthausbrauereien-typische Hefe, dazu schwache, süßliche Zitrone, wenig einladend. - Antrunk brausig dünn und stark hefig hellmalzig mit platter Süße und milder, aromatisch nichtssagender Herbe mit schwachen zitronigen Anklängen. Recht dünn im Mund, ohne Körper. Im Abgang milde, leere Bittere. - Banale Gasthausbrauereien-Plörre, nicht der Rede wert. (10.9.2021.)

Clear brown. Aroma is spelt caramel toffee a little roasted malt some brown sugars. Taste is light sweet roasted sugars with good spelt grain body. A little minerally with a full bodied spelt finish. Good.
