Bottle, 2019 bottled february 2020. Color: Clear golden, fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Plum, moderate tart. Taste: Rural funk, some oak wood, a lot of fruity plum, stone fruit. Some grape. Vinuous, dry-ish mouthfeel. Light tannins. Moderate tart, light sweet, very light bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very well balanced. Nice.

Bottle shared with friends in Bangkok, thanks to Kermis. Poured a murky reddish brown colour with a very short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is yeast and peaches. The flavour is moderate sour, with a fresh, crisp, tart peach, yeasty, herbal, vinous, dry oaky palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Superb.

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. 2018 vintage. Orange reddish with white head. Intensive red fruit, citrus, quite sour. Juicy.

Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. Hazy orange with medium white head. Pretty great on nose, lots of funk, cellar, barnyard, must, medium sourness. Dry. Quite layered. Loved it.
