Deeside Brewery uses filtered spring water sourced from the River Dee, which starts 4000ft above seawater in the mountain ranges of the Cairngorms.
Our small team was enhanced in 2016 when we were joined by the founders of Loch Ness Brewery, Stephen Crossland and George Wotherspoon. This has brought us a new range of skills and experiences allowing us to develop our products further for the UK and Overseas markets with a focus on delivering consistently high beer quality as we continue to innovate and create new beers.

Clear copper colored, medium strong white head with good lacing. Aroma is malt, cardboard and some cooked veggies. Taste is low to moderate sweet malt, some biscuit, again cardboard, some lemon-grassy notes, and cooked veggies to top it off, low bitterness. Low+ bodied, moderate carbonation. Not very good, maybe a defunct bottle...

Many thanks to Sean for this bottle. The beers tarts fresh with hints of grain. Not too much aroma, hints of sweetish wheat. Hints of sourness in the background, not too special.
