Bottle. Pours clear pale golden airy white head. Blurred, rather ashy aroma of hop. Sweetish aroma of malt with hoppy notes. Slightly dry finish. Richly carbonated. A good thirst quencher but nothing particularly mpressive.

So, I’m honored 2B the 47th ratebeerian to rate this BS? How can I tik this less than a 3 when on the label it says "natural power" heheh. Funny eh? Right on the neck of the bottle like a blue ribbon from pabst. This is my tik for nambia, lets see, where is that on the map, HAH? Color of slightly hazy baltic lager. Processed third world country water background. Smell is clean, then infected. Difficult, taste is a little old thar. Aroma is a little like volatile cheap ice lager. Yes, like so many other third world country beers that I have had, lets make sure this is past yer eyes. Is there enough clean water to make sure I don’t get bullshit digestive trouble? On par with a lager I got from sri lanka. Some co2, not much.

(Bottle) Clear golden with good white head. Little aroma - light malt with light grassy hops. Medium body, nice carbonation. Flavour rather watery and basic - light malt with some bitterness at the end. Overall rather bland but easily drinkable.

From a 330ml bottle on 13/1/2013. Pours a clear light yellow with a medium head which diappears quickly. Has a modest aroma of bready malt. There’s nothing notable or unusual in the flavour - just some sweet euro-style grassy malt and some mild bittering hops. Far from the worst pale lager you’ll come across, but fairly dull.

Slightly amber straw colour. No head. The aroma is mostly sticky pale malts. The bitterness is low and the malts are not especially pleasurable. Underhopped, one of the weaker Namibian beers.

Bottle. Doesn’t taste much like the Windhoek Lager I remember, either I’m older or the beer has changed. Tastes rather like a common pale lager. A slim grassy aroma, slimmer flavour with something like a metallic tang in the finish. My guess is they use hop pellets, malt extract and hurry the aging process.

Gold colour. Appley, slightly grainy nose. Similar taste profile, and a little bit watery. Not awful, but a weak member of the brewery’s lineup.

Pale straw. No head. Lightly grainy aroma and taste. A little bit watery but fuller than its size would have you expect. Fairly clean for a beer down here.

A bottle @ Indaba. Pours golden with gentle bubbles and a small head. The nose is citrus, pale malt and a bit of herbaceousness. There is more of the same on the taste. The body is light to medium and there’s a very clean finish. Overall, I think this is a good lager considering it doesn’t come from Central Europe.
