Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours clear see through pale with bubbles on top. Lots of pear and a bit of dust. Sweet with an acidic touch. A bit bland. Ends dry.

Bottle. Clear as water with no head. Aroma is a tiny bit pear/apple. Flavour is a little pear, little acid and quite watery.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is pale as water. Aroma and taste are light apples with some acidity and high carbonation. Crisp and clean, but very weak. More like a soda.

Draft @ Green Man Brewery, Asheville, NC. Pours a very pale yellowish color with no head. Has a fruity and slightly sweetish tart apple aroma. Fruity tart acidic apple flavor. Has a fruity tart sour apple finish.

Bottle, labeled at 6.99%. Pours a severely pale and clear body. Barely a tinge of yellow color. Frothy white head. Aroma of sharp and slightly acidic apples, a bit of sulfur, some fruity yeast esters, earth, tannin. Taste is dry sulfuric, and a bit acidic. Drinkable, but not really that interesting. Medium dryness, lightly tannic. Fizzy and thin.

Bomber from South Bay Drug. Looks like a perry when it pours. Very light aroma - just mild fruit. Heading for medium body with decent carbonation. It is astringent and just a bit sour. It has apple flavor, but rather light. It picks up some sugar in the finish, so it’s fairly balanced. All in all it’s a pretty good drink.
