(Draft at Biererei, Berlin, 18 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with bread, grass, herbs and funky yeast. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of bread, herbs, yeast, citrus, tropical fruit, hints of brett and a mild herbal/spicy bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fruity, funky and quite interesting. Very nice.

2020 bottle. Got this in a trade for some strong old beers, but this was the least strong and most recent. Opened with a gusher (any bottle with a punt in the bottom, I'm opening in the sink). Poured into a tulip, it's a cloudy yellow color. Thin but foamy white head. Nose of lemon soda, and a little farmhouse funk. Nice little funk in the taste, that's getting me to pucker up as it builds.A little horseblanket comes in, and there is a thread of oak as well. Tried to swirl some dregs in the finish of the pour, but much of it stayed in the bottle.
Tart fruity with notes of lemons, straw, lots of foray accents going on, yeasty linger, medium body and acidity, wooden accents into the fruity flora close.

Bottle shared at home with the crew. Nem keszitettem jegyzeteket, csak pontoztam a sort.
