Bag in a box, Banbury Beer Festival10.05.12 Pours hazy urine colour. Much like the other Swallowfield Perry this also had something of an eggy but with a great fizzy wonderful tangy zippy peary flavour in mouth. Medium dry bit edging towards a greater dryness as it goes on. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Bag in a box, Banbury Beer Festival10.05.12 Pours hazy light gold colour. Eggy nose but quite a little bite at first in mouth. Medium dry but you can feel that this carries some strength, surprised that only 5.5% nice perry. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

From a plastic barrel @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

Unclear light silver yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, dry pear, celery. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110805]

Cask@GBBF2011. Pale yellow colour, almost water clean, no head. Aroma is vinegar, pear, spices and some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is vinegar, pear, some dry vanillaish notes as well as mild wooden notes.

Hazy light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, medicine, vomit notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to light light moderate acidic with a long duration, barrel - wood, rum notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100430]

Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is farmyard, fruits, pear and some mild acidicness. Flavour is pear, mild spices, some earth and slight acidicness.

From cask. Pours hazy pale yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry and sulphorish perry fruity. Sweet perry fruity. Light sulphorish note. Ends medium dry and persisting perry fruity.
