Description
The Seidr Dai craft perry and cider company was started in the autumn of 2000 after Dave Mathews and Alan Golding had some ’beginners luck’ with 80 gallons of the good stuff. Now operated by Dave and Fiona Matthews, Seidr Dai perries and ciders are made only from Welsh fruit, hand-picked in traditional, unsprayed and unfertilised orchards. No water, sugar or yeast are added to the juice and wherever possible they use rare and endangered Welsh varieties of cider apple and perry pear. All production is draught except for occasional Perry vintages.

Bag in the box at Reading BF 06. Silver gold colour. Sweetish perry, but with good pear fruit flavour. Bit of a farty aroma. Slightly too sweet to drik a lot of, I like them drier
