On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy blood orange with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of blood orange with a earthy grain and straw note backing. Flavor has a combination for straw and blood orange with a light bitterness.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bitter citrus with some grapefruit and a light grain backbone. Flavor is full of orange with a growing bitterness, a hint of grapefruit and a hint of light grain backing.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of maraschino cherries with a decent amount of chestnut with a hint of dark grains. Flavor is full of sweet cherry with a touch of tartness and some chestnut with a hint of roasted malts underlying.

Nitro at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber orange with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has a combination of grass and grain with a bit of bread and a hint of pine. Flavor has grass and bread throughout with a touch of pine underlying.

Winterfest 2016. Heavily carbonated, yellow beer. Smells and tastes like it might have a Belgian yeast. Light, spicey hops. Lacing white head. I do not get the typical qualities of a wheat beer, but good nontheless.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly and laces. Aroma has sweet wheat, sweet citrus, a touch of flora and a hint of grass. Flavor is a bit more bitter but still has sweet wheat with a light pine note.

Winterfest 2016. Excellent beer. I did not know at the time that Czar Jack was the base. Aroma has chocolate and lots of raspberry. Well roasted malt, sweet, some alcohol is noticeable on the palate. Thick and heavy palate, a sweet dessert beer.
