Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has some grass, coconut and mango notes with sweet grain and Belgian yeast backing. Flavor combines the mango, creamy sweet grain and coconut with a bit of backing Belgian yeast.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours a hazy amber brown with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma combines sweet grains with cherry and a bit of light coffee underlying. Flavor is much more cherry forward backed by sweet grains and a touch of roasted malts.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a creamy brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice dark grain note with some roasted malts and a growing red wine note. Flavor has lots of dark grains and red wine with some roasted malts and a dry finish.

Aroma is full of roasted malts and dark grain with a bit of sweetness from the bourbon and a hint of smoke. Flavor has lots of roasted malts and a bit of smoke up front with bourbon and dark grains growing throughout the beer.

Aroma has a lot of red wine up front that is quite dry and a hint sweet wheat and a touch of stone fruit underlying. Flavor has more sweet wheat up front with some light fruits with a growing red wine note throughout.
