Autumn Brew Review, 2021. aged in red wine casks. Surprisingly dry for a blatic porter, red wine is there, tannin which make it dryingbut also sweet malt and grains. the red wine is definitely perceivable.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale y straw yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of funk with a light earthy grain and tart tropical fruits underlying. Flavor has tart and sour tropical fruits with a touch of funk and melon backing.
