This is floral and fruity American wheat. Some sweetness, with herbal notes. Unfortunately ruined by a very unpleasant taste of yeast. Marketed as a mainstream beer.

Clear, red. No head. Fruit aroma. Taste is also of fruit with salt. Reminded me of Duinen.

Not much in the aroma, but I could pick up some malt. Great appearance. Black with a thick and creamy head that left a thick lace on the glass. Surprisingly light in flavor, with a taste similar to Guinness. medium bodied. One of the few disappointments from an outstanding brewpub. The bartender said it was difficult to classify, but that it was closest to a schwarzbier. Interesting, he said it was made with a Belgian trappist yeast.

Very west coast. Light brown, heavily hopped. Crisp and refreshing. Medium bodied. By far the best American pale ale I have had. Became better as it warmed.

Aroma of fruit with floral and herbal notes. Red, dark, and cloudy. Full bodied. The taste and aroma reminded me of New Glarus Hop Hearty ale. Excellent.

I had this at a limited release for the Autumn Beer Review, and only recently was able to find out what kind of beer it was. There is a heavy aroma of port and aged fruit. Also wood in the flavor, clearly a result of ageing. Sweet fruit flavor. Heavy on the palate. I originally thought it was an abbey dubbel. This is supposed to be an aged and limited release; try it while you can.

Cask pour. Aroma of coffee and oatmeal. Black, with a small head that laced the glass. Mild coffee flavor, followed by semi sweet fruit. Medium to full body. Very drinkable.

This has the fruit aroma of an ipa. Light red color, small head. It was served too cold and had little flavor. As it warmed there was was bitter hops, and some taste of bread in the finish. A session beer. good.
