17/6/2018. Tap at the Hellesches Brauhaus, Halle. Pours mahogany brown with a tan coloured head. Aroma of milk chocolate, roasted malt, dried fruit, toffee, oats, hint of liquorice and condensed milk. Medium plus sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight oily and watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Not bad, not great.

17/6/2018. Tap at the Hellesches Brauhaus, Halle. 4.8% abv. Pours dark maroon brown with a long lasting off-white to beige head. Aroma of fruit, veg, toffee, chocolate and malt. Moderate sweetness and moderate roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

17/6/2018. Tap at the Hellesches Brauhaus, Halle. Simply as a Hefeweizen at 5.5% abv. Pours cloudy amber brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of banana, bread, caramel, light cocoa, clove and fruit. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

17/6/2018. Tap at the Hellesches Brauhaus, Halle. Pours almost clear golden with a small foamy white head. Aroma of grain, hops, sweet malt, fruit and butter. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.

17/6/2018. Tap at the Hellesches Brauhaus, Halle. 4.6% abv. Pours clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma of grain, butter, corn, light fruit and grass. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Bit too buttery.

Frischer, süßlich hopfiger Antrunk. Herb grasige Noten, dann Karamellmalz, startende, noch hintergründige Bitterkeit. Der Hopfen geht währenddessen leicht zurück, insgesamt spritzig. Nett. 11/11/11/12//11

Tap @ Hallesches Brauhaus. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, light buttery and light hoppy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 280715

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are hops, caramel, flowers, butter and malt. Buttery sweet finish and only a little bitter.
