Description
Started brewing in Spring 2000, based in Hathern near Loughborough. In early 2007, following the retirement of one of the partners, the brewery was mothballed and brewing now takes place at Staffordshire Brewery (prev. Leek Brewery) in Leek, Staffordshire.

3/10/2020. Bottle at the Torun GP bottle-share, as PETER Blonde from Peter Pizzeria, Leicester. Pours clear gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is floral, buttery, caramel, grain, light fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness light tartness. Moderate body, watery texture, average carbonation. More fruity to finish. Improved on first impressions but not as good as the other one I got from them.

11/9/2020. Bottle at the Gorzow GP bottle-share (as PETER Rossa) from Peter Pizzeria, Leicester. Pours clear dark amber/red with an off-white head. Aroma of toffee, sweet malt, fruit and biscuit. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Biscuit finish. Nice looking beer and quite enjoyable.

ABV: 4.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, honey, caramel - sweet malt, light white bread. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, honey, light caramel - sweet malt, dry, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200408]

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, fruits, grass, little butter and has a sweet malty finish.

Bottle @ Corona Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, fruits, nuts, malt, hops and has a nice fruity caramel finish.
