opalescent pale yellow colour, medium sized, quickly disappearing dense white head; aroma of grains, hay, bread crust, fruity, hints of perfume and slight coriander notes; sweet grainy-malty taste with fruity and hints of honey notes, as well as some minimal peppery notes; refreshing and easy to drink - would be ideal on a hot summar day...though the volume of the bottle (0.25L) raises a big question mark - 0.25L would definitely much less than ideal when there is 30 degrees of Celsius...

hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white head; aroma of orange peel oils, lemon zesty, wet wheat, bread crust, corinader, maybe slight clove and floral notes; taste of bready, citrusy, bittery-orange and some medicinal bittery notes; not that bad, though not among the best witbiers

Pours very hazy ruby red, topped with a thin and just slightly off-white ehad, not lasting. Gentle fruity nose, berries and raspberries, slightly soury. Quite malty, a bit sweet with slight herbal bitterness, terrible leathery presence. Medium light body, almost a bit watery and no carbonation. Very gentle but something is off.

25 cl bottle bought at Coop, somewhere in Geneva (there are like a thousand ones.) Pours hazy clear golden, no bubble visible, short lasting super white head. Aroma is quite mild: porridge, bread, vanilla, cilantro. Mouth is fizzy, kinda umami goin’ down, not really fresh. Low bitterness. Short, easy, relieving.
