On tap at Yaletown, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma is very fruity, with heaps of oranges, apricots and tropical fruit, some coriander and spicy farmhouse notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with notes of apricot, spicy yeast and some esters. Spicy and fruity finish. Not particularly complex, but it works.

On tap at Yaletown, pours cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and citrus hops, with some biscuity malt. Flavour is a nice cross between a piney IPA and a wit, with coriander, citrus and piney hops. Nicely spicy and piney. Carbonation is a bit soft, but it works. Good stuff.

Muddy opaque. Medium head. Yeasty, fruity nose. Moderate bitterness on the palate, quite yeasty. The overt yeast isnt like NE IPA, its just in need on some extra settling time. Would like a much cleaner version of this beer.

On nitro tap at Yaletown, pours a red-tinged dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is very subtle, with light oats, not getting about barrel character. Flavour is very subdued, with light dry cocoa and the ever slightest barrel hints. Would like much more of that barrel. Subdued and unassuming, with a creamy palate from the nitro. Pretty weak stuff.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a clear dark copper with a small beige head. Aroma is infected with diacetyl, big butter bomb awaits. Flavour delivers its promise, with lots of diacetyl, with some hops further back somewhere. Seriously, how can you serve this shit?

On tap at Yaletown, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast, with light farmhouse character, fruity esters and some red fruits. Flavour is certainly more authentic than the average North American saison, with lots of saison yeast, a rustic character, red fruits and a light spicy, earthy character. Nicely constructed, with a spicy, rustic, fruity finish. Surprisingly great.

On nitro tap at Yaletown, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out English bready malt and light honey sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with light honey sweetness upfront, backed with English bready malt. Nitro gives it a smooth palate, but the body is pretty simple and lacking any depth. Meh.
