Nitro powered, pours intense black with beige head. I can still smell the nitro, or rather the lack of proper beer aroma; some roasted malts, some cardboard. Smooth undercarbonated mouthfeel, some chocolate flavor mixed with roasted malts, some milk or lactose in the finish.
Get rid of the nitro, and this could be decent.
Fuck nitro.

A golden Altbier apparently; just hazy. Blindly, it has some of the malt characteristic of an Altbier, less caramel though, and the bitterness has a pithy component in the final. Clean Lager; in Switzerland they call these beers Dunkelblonde.
Decent, but kind of boring after a few ounces.

Cloudy red--orange color. Buttery and bready, dry and weak, with no bitterness, a bit of berries, in a lipstick laced glass.

Hazy blond color. Smooth and dry, not weak, with light crackery malts and enough hop quality, citrusy resins. Long bitterness.
Very nice.

Hazy golden color. Mild aroma of citrusy hops. Dry mouthfeel, lean, a touch of spicy rye, and a reasonable amount of hop resins, some citrus peel, bitter orange. Long bitter final.
Very clean beer, pleasant Pale Ale.

Pale blond color, clean. The aroma is nice, delicate malts, which are a bit lost in the flavor; dry, with moderate bitterness.
Slightly better than mass Lagers.

Hazy red-amber color. More than a Wit it tastes like a watered Sour, with mild cherry touch, and very light bitterness.
Pleasant, easy.

On cask at Yaletown, pours a hazy gold-tinted yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light grass and biscuity malt. Flavour is gentle, with crisp crackery malt, some light grassiness and a dry bready finish. Soft palate from the casking, but appropriate. Decent.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a hazy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out fairly light cherry notes upfront, with not much else to speak of. Flavour is along the same lines, with perhaps a slightly more aggressive cherry quality, muted by the wheat and an overall light palate. Clean and pleasant, but very subdued and lacking oomph.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out light bready notes, toasted caramel and very faint whiskey. Flavour is along the same lines, being actually more aggressive than typical Scottish ales, with toasted caramel, bready notes and some light whiskey. Light-bodied and brewed appropriately. As far as the style goes, it's solid; it's just a boring style.
