On tap at Yaletown, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of corn upfront, with straw and cerea notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with fresh corn and straw upfront, finishing with cerealy / grainy notes. Clean and drinkable, but ultimately forgettable. Decent.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a hazy dull yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a decent mix of coriander, spicy Belgian yeast and floral hops. Flavour is weird, with coriander, spicy Belgian yeast, floral hops and a bit of diacetyl. Clashing notes all over, with a somewhat harsh finish. Not as disastrous as it could be, but it's flawed.

Amber, slight chill haze. Thin head. Earthy hop nose with a touch of biscuity malt and some overripe fruit. Moderate bitterness and the fruity hop taste is still vacillating between overripe orchard fruits, and subtle berry character.

Hazy and pale. Thin head. Heavy coriander and amarillo hop nose. Is that fun fresh needle character the Columbus? Fun nose. Rounded bitterness, dank flavour notes, soft pale malts. Excellent.

Light amber-brown. Toasty nose. A bit thin but some decent toasty notes, light chocolate/coffee toastiness. Not a bad brown ale.

Golden, thin head. Aroma is orange, floral antipodean hops, light bready pale malts. Lots of fresh bready malts, touch doughy, moderate bitterness. Decent pils.

Pink-red, thin head. Light rasp, mellow tartness. Clean. Chill raspberry beer with wheaty character and mellow tartness. I quite like the black currant influence in this one.

Draught at the brewpub
Clean chestnut color, compact head. Mild aroma, stronger flavor, characterized by dark bread, a bit toasty, a bit too roasted in the final; quite dry.
Not my kind, but nothing wrong with it.

Cask at the brewpub; dry hopped with Amarillo, 16oz
Cloudy deep blond color, thin persistent head. This beer has a lot of citrus character from the hops, and piney resins, some spiciness, lemongrass, but all well blended together. A bit yeasty, dirty in the final, also chicory bitterness.
Bold and fresh.

Golden color, clean. Lean IPA, rather dry but with a soft mouthfeel, some biscuity malts and toffee, and nice resiny hopping, a bit of citrus zest too.
Pleasant, very clean.
