Draught at the brewpub; 14oz
Blond color, just hazy. Grassy hop aroma and flavor, not as good as in South Germany, but it’s already an appreciated effort. The aroma is a bit stale (the malts didn’t work too well), the flavor is better, quite nice malts, a bit chewy ones, not the crispy ones. And it has a good bitterness level.
Unrefined, but good; I hope they try again and keep improving, because we need more good Pilsners in town.

Hazy light amber color. The aroma is footy, not a good sign, with light berry. Very dry mouthfeel, no notable flavor, no bitterness, light fruit, a bit yeasty.
Flawed, not very good.

Cloudy blond color with generous head. The aroma shows some good sign of yeast, a bit spicy. The flavor is shallow, the bitterness missing; very soft, can’t feel the difference from the added orange and coriander.
Simple.

Draft - Light sweet lemon and grains. Clear light gold with a small white head. Light bitter grains and a long grainy bitter sweet finish. Not great but OK.

Draught at the brewpub; nitro
Amber color, clean, with large nitro head. Timid biscuity malt in aroma and flavor, lean and clean, smooth, light nuts touch, a bit of a pity for the nitro that muffles this beer.
Timid but decent.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color with generous head. Intense aroma, some manure, some fruity esters, interesting. A bit too much carbonation, light residual sweetness, delicate malt flavor, light fruity touch (the yeast?), very light sweet honey, absence of bitterness.
Nicely brewed for what it is.

Clean amber color. Moderate caramel and mild sweetness, and mild nutty touch, for a brew without much depth, that is clean and drinkable but doesn’t fully convince me as Altbier.
