Cloudy blond color, compact head. It has a strong spicy, coriander character, some banana in the aroma, it’s smooth, with a good body structure, and a load of fruity esters (banana again). Sweetish overall.
Interesting Saison, a bit too sweet and too much banana to be Belgian, but very good nevertheless.

Pale blond color, just hazy. Crisp, dry, floral, almost fruity, with decent bitterness level. Mildly grassy in the finish. It has character.
Very nice Kölsch.

Black color with creamy nitro head. The nitro muffles the aroma, but the mouthfeel is round and smooth, and the flavor rich, with silky chocolate, moderate sweetness, not too much ashes.
Very good.

Murky blond color with almost no head. The aroma is a bit spicy and fruity; coriander, tropical fruits, sweet orange. Good lean mouthfeel with very moderate residual sweetness; light bready wheat flavor; nice spicy yeast level, just right to introduce a strong bitterness and enough hop quality, resiny, but also a bit fruity, bitter oranges.
A bit rough, but quite enjoyable.

Amber color, clean. Light aroma of caramel and butter. Round mouthfeel for the style, a bit more residual sugars than the average, caramel flavor, and some diacetyl again. A bit metallic in the final.
Not totally bad, but clearly flawed.

Blond color, hazy, with compact head. Delicate biscuit malts, with nice cereals touch even some aroma of noble hops; I wouldn’t imagine there is honey; smooth mouthfeel; ok bitterness.
Quite nice, easy.

Pours a clear blond with white head. Aroma is funky with hops, malt and flowers notes. Taste is bitter, but hops is very similar to Czech ones, not very pleasant as for Cream Ale. Meh.
