Clear medium gold body with weak foam. Smells of very soft hop sweetness, comes across as tepid. Taste is smooth hops and butter, okay carbonation but that butter lingers. Disappointing on all fronts.

Has okay medium clear gold body and some modest foam. Smells of soft caramel and peach and what seems to be like lactose lingers. Tastes of soft fruity hops but the vibe gets killed by some kind of lingering butter aftertaste. Seems flawed.

Has okay clear gold body and okay foam. Smells softly of sweet bananas. Taste has good grain character, slight rye notes, good carbonation but a little watery. Good enough, but no better.

Has okay black body with modest foam, smells of sugar molasses and nothing else. Tastes of sweet biscuit, chewy molasses, slight coffee. Mouthfeel is full with slight crispness. It has the character of a macro stout from those long lost days but I can somehow get behind it.

Light clear copper body and bad foam. Smells of soft caramel, nothing else. Taste is soft brown sugar, sweet, smooth but that's it. Like a caramel alcohol drink, the thought of an ESB near this thing is miles away.

Smells of nice sweet raspberry, maybe vaguely some wheat. Has good muddy pink body and decent foam. Flavour is tart berry, good wheat dough and chalk. Crisp mouthfeel. Decent enough, drinkable.

Not a great look - quite dull and pale. Thin head. The aroma is a bit of citrus and some muddled overripe fruits. Moderate bitterness. The malts are quite thin, and don't support much. The hops don't shine here; it's just lacking clear direction.

Sort of a dark straw colour. Thick head. The aroma is fresh malt - nice German malt maybe? The malt base really does come across well on the nose. Toasty and lots of rich clean malt on the palate, too. Not much hop other than a balancing earthy bitterness.

Dark amber. Bright. Just a thin head. Not all that much aroma. Not much palate impact, either. Moderate bitterness, light fruitiness. A neutral amber ale pretending to be an alt.

Dark brown with a nitro head. The aroma is thin coffee, a bit nutty, toasty, pretty classic Irish-style stout aroma. On the palate it's sort of thin, watery in the same way Guinness is these days. Still got some of that toasty/nutty thing going on but it definitely feels a bit hollow.
