Bottle, 4.7%. Light caramel aroma with a fair amount of tropical fruit candy. Cloudy dark golden colour. Unstable white head. The flavour is citric, lemony with notes of tropical fruit, metal. Metal and lime finish. Would have been ok without the metal notes.

Bottle, 4.8% as Pilzner Długo Leżakowany. Citric aroma and very high carbonation - might be infected. Hazy golden colour. Sparkling. Very big white head. The flavour is yeasty with a distinct bitterness, but clean. Also lemony acid, and fairly clean. Does not seem infected afterall, but there is a distinct yeast flavour and finish.

Bottle, 4.6%. Papery aroma with a note of light caramel. Hazy golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is nicely malty with a note of light caramel like the aroma. Prickly carbonation. Ok bready finish with a floral hop note.
