Bottle, 37 cl corked, from trade with Papsoe. It’s a clear, golden cider with some carbonation and a small, white head. Apples and cellar in the aroma, a good dash of cores as well. Quite dry, but not as dry as expected, a bit thin. Good apple flavor with some sulphury notes even though it’s not added. Apples with cores in the finish. A quite nice one, but a bit watery. 100227

Bottle. From Meyers Deli. Warm dark yellow colour. Nice apple aroma. Semi dry apple flavor. Slightly sour and not too overwelming barnyard/leather notes. Average finish. Ok but expensive cider.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, wood and some vanilla. Flavour is sour apples, some dry vanilla and wooden notes. Mild earthy and herbal notes as well.

cloudy yellow, huge white bubbly head that doesn’t last aroma is dry, skunky, apple. flavor is sweet apple, moudly,almost no sourness or citrussy flavors to balance, however, comes off as tasting nice
