500ml bottle from Newtown Food Festival. Was particularly impressed by this cider makers sideburns when he sold me this. Truly a sight to behold. As for the cider itself it’s lovely and sweet, nicely sparkling with a rich apple taste.

75cl bottle from Oswestry Food & Drink Festival July 14. Pours murky copper with floating sediment. Sandpaper rough with a dry fruitiness, light whisky influence and soft vanilla on the finish. Alright.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Hazy medium matt grey yellow orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, tart - aceton ! moderate alcohol - rum. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, chickin ass, dry, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20100805]

Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy yellowish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is sweet apples, tart apples along with some tannins as well as mildly rum/alcohollike notes. Flavour is tart apples with some mild spicyness and alcohol. Rather mouthdrying.

From cask. Pours hazy orange with no head. Aroma is fruity, apples and raisins. Sweet apple fruity. Mild acetone, sweet raisins and dry acetone into the finish. Ends dry and slight acidic, yet overall smooth.
