Sample at the Brew Pub. Clear amber color, thin head. Nice nose of floral and citrus hops. Taste is real sweet, very malt forward IPA. Caramel, toffee and citrus type hops. Bitterness lingers only slightly. The ABV is hidden well at over 9 %. It’s ok, expected more hops from a DIPA.

Sample at the Brew Pub. Nice eye and nose. Cloudy gold with a nice cap of white head. Nice yeast aromas of banana, clove and wheat. Taste is as it should be, identical to the nose. The body is medium with the yeast profile being real good. I would order a full pint. Nice job here. Real easy to drink.

Draft at the source. The appearance is a nice unfiltered dirty brown with a thin layer of head. Nose is all German yeast with the clove and bubblegum I was hoping for. The flavor is the German yeast with a nice amount of caramel malt. A very light hop adds some bitterness I pick up right after the sip. Has a slick texture. Medium in body and over all; my favorite from this trip at the brewpub.

Draft at the source. Light yellow color. Thin ring of white head. Texture is grainy with body being light. Nose and flavor run hand-in-hand. Light floral hops with a small amount of cracker like malt. Moderate lingering bitterness in the finish. Nice and straight forward.

Draft at the source. Color is real pale. Nose is grain and hey. Flavor is light herbal hops and sweet grains. Nothing is going to get you excited here yet, for a light beer it’s really clean and would be very refreshing in the summer months. Well made for such a light beer.
