33cl can partagée avec Maria. BB 11/03/2026, ramenée de notre voyage en Suède.
Léger dorée clair, col fin blanc pas tenace.
Arôme sur une douceur latente et tenace - note caramélisée, pomme présente avec qcq fins effluves de yuzu/agrumes en support. Effet plus limonade que cidre.
Palais sur la pomme mais avec une douceur marquée en retrait - par vers un sucre résduel tout en ayant une certaine balance venant du yuzu qui apporte une note plus 'acidulée' agrumes - le tout passe quasi plus pour un melomel fruité qu'un cidre. Petit enote médicinale. Sympa avec un taux sucre de 6.6gr/l, que je trouvais plus élevé en fin de bouche.
Reste correcte à seulement 4%.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear pale straw. Dry apple juice, vanilla, watery, winegums, pear. Light sweet and sour. Medium bodied, medium dry, watery.

Can shared thanks to sjogro. Clear pale cucumber juice with no head. Yuzu candy, sugar, elderflower, wine gums, kiwi. Very sweet, ligh sour. Crisp medium bodied. Doesn't taste like actual cider, a decent lemonade but not somerhing I'd want again.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours clear with a faint, greenish tint, fizzy with no head. Rather discreet apple aroma. Light body, dry modest apple notes and fizzy throughout. Quenching alright but simply lacks more apple flavors and aromas. 111223
