Clear light yellow colour with a small bubbly head. Light acidic apple and some cinnamon in the aroma. Medium body a little bit over on the sweet side. Slightly sweet apple and cinnamon flavour.

Can. Light green liquid with small white head. Aroma of parmesan cheese (not this again...), apples and some weird sourness. Not as bad as the Torr version. Taste is light to medium sweet with mainly apple juice flavour but some cheese as well. Light bodied with high carbonation. This is also quite bad.

Can. Clear grape/light green liquid with small white head. Aroma of cheese, apple juice, cheese, wheat, cheese and metal. Just so bad, like smelling a parmesan cheese. Taste is light sweet with more of that disgusting cheese. What is this I don’t even. Light bodied with high carbonation. Probably the worst cider I’ve ever tasted.

Very pale yellow colour with some bubles at the top that soon vanishes. Looks like white wine. A very light and dry pear aroma. This one matches my hopes. Not that overkill and artificial sweet as normal perry ciders. This has a light dry pear flavour. A mild and light sweetness in the background. This perry is absolutely drinkable.

500 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget and consumed on November 26. Pours pale yellow with a very small white head and lots of bubbles. Smell is sweet with apples, lemon and acetic acid. Smell is sweet and yeasty with an almost chemical apple flavor.

Bottled. Pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is apples, some dry wooden notes as well as mild ripe apple sweetness as well. Flavour is rather much the same in a pleasant balance. Semidry palate.

Canned. Clear very pale yellow. Candyish sweet pear aroma. Rather light bodied with hard tinny mouthfeel and saccharine-like sweetness. Lemonady and without character.
