Description
Our brewery opened in July 2013. The brewery moved at the beginning of 2018 to the Rue des Lignes in Angoulême, a stone's throw from the railway lines. We are of course continuing to brew our beers and develop our range, but above all a real winery has been created, as well as a Taproom dedicated to the on-site consumption of our beers and a space dedicated to take-out. Equipped with a 50 HL brewhouse and new fermenters, we can more easily offer contract brewing, as well as wort production for spirits.

Clear dark brown to black beer, practically no head. Aroma: good roast, a bit oxidized, earthy, some soy sauce, alcohol, malty, caramel, sugary, dried fruits. MF: soft to no carbon, full body. Taste: sugary, caramel, some roast, lots of chocolate, alcohol, a bit oxidised, soy sauce, more alcohol burning the throat. Aftertaste: bitter, coffee, dry roast, some dark burned caramel, bitter, coffee, cocoa powder, campfire, charcoal, more dark chocolate, alcohol, a hint of chilli or maybe it’s just the alcohol burning, very sugary, decent one.

Draught @ La Capsule, Lille. Pours black with a loose bubbly head. Aroma of coconut, chocolate, herbal spice. A melange of flavours here, some less welcome than others, turmeric and lime seem at odds with the coconut and dark malt, with additional off-putting creamy notes. Seems to jar a bit for me.
