29/11/2025. Bottle at the ITFC beer share. Courtesy of Boris, cheers! Good think pour. Intense aroma of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, maple syrup, sweet bourbon, chocolate sponge cake. Very sweet, chocolate, syrupy taste. Full bodied, smooth, very soft carbonation. Really good.

Pomarańczowa barwa, zamglone, piana intensywna, opada pozostawiając wyraźne ślady na szkle. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty owoców egzotycznych. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu, goryczka na średnim poziomie, nasycenie również na średnim poziomie, alkohol niewyczuwalny.

Aroma: Blueberries and malt with notes of chocolate.
Flavour: Fruity sweet with berries and sweet malt with light notes of chocolate. Aftertaste is fruity sweet with light sour notes and a hint of bitterness.
Colour: Black with a fading head.

Low head. Orange, opaque, the light struggles to get through.
Interesting aroma of cinnamon, ginger, general soup-like scent, sweet perfume. Nothing I sniffed before in beer. Even some creamy hints are present.
It's sour - no doubt. A bit like Polish Christmas dried fruit compote. Maybe a bit like carrot juice. Great balance between sourness and sweetness.
Body? It's THICK.
It's so weird, but interesting! That's what I wait for in craft beer! I love it.
I'm not a sour beer kind of guy at all, but that's delicious.

440 ml can, as Stu Mostow / Weldwerks Golden Fog DIPA, from Vinmonopolet Stavanger Hinna. ABV is 7.5%. Hops are Galaxy and Peacharine. Hazy yellow colour, large to moderate white head, some floaties. Aroma of citrus, peaches / nectarine and apricot. The flavour has the same elements, with a resinous bitterness in the finish.
